I call this nail design Striking Blue Carnation. Seeing how I have an abundance of fake nails on hand, I decided to use those for this design (give my real nails a rest). I used Nailtini's Blue Carnation from their Garden Party Collection for this design. I painted my nails with Blue Carnation and used a black nail art striper to make the black stripes. Then I used a silver nail art striper and lined the top and bottom lines. I coated it with a top coat and viola!! Hope you like it!
