Admiral Perry is a very Patriotic blue. It is perfect to wear during Patriotic Holidays, such as 4th of July. This went on in 2 coats and as usual, the formula is perfect. When looking at this shade of blue, I can not help but think to myself Royalty as well. Anywhere we turn now a days, there is always a royal blue somewhere in the Royals clothing. Blue is a very upstanding color.
