Break The Ice is from the MegaLast collection by Wet n Wild. I'm not sure if I swatched this for my blog, so I am swatching it now. It took 4 coats to become opaque, which is okay, but not fantastic for me. If it took one less coat, then it would be better. But it still is nonetheless a great color.
