2% Milk is another one of those polishes the require 4 or more coats to become opaque. With polishes like these, I tend to use them solely for French manis. 2% Milk is a milky cream color. Using 1 coat of this on top of your nails will give you a little blank canvas to work with when adding bright polishes on top.
