Wall Street is a very vibrant, vivid and gorgeous pink that is suitable for any skin tone. The sheer shimmer draws you to this polish. The only thing that baffled me was the name. When I think of Wall Street, I think of green. But other than that, this polish is so pretty, flashy in a subtle way and totally worth a purchase at your local drugstore!
