OPI's Navy Shatter is part of the Blue Shatter collection. I am really loving this blue. I paired it with Wet n Wild's Metallica from yesterday's post. I think the 2 colors go perfectly together, creating that really cool, graffiti punkish look. I highly suggest picking this shatter polish up!
